Philosophy of Practice
Our goal is to provide the highest quality medical and surgical care available for your cat, with hours that are convenient for you. We believe in an atmosphere that promotes health and comfort for cats - one that is quiet, clean and loving.
Client Information and Education
We believe that an informed client is better able to care for his or her cat's health, and we want to help you understand your cat's medical concerns. So in this endeavor, come to your appointments with all of your questions - they are important to us!
Breed and/or New Cat Counseling
At no charge to our clients, we offer counseling on the selection of your next cat. We feel that when the purchase of a purebred animal is being considered, our experience with the personality and health charactoristics of different breeds, combined with your input on what type of activity and interaction levels you might enjoy with your cat, will help us guide you in the selection of a cat that will provide happy companionship in the years to come.
If you are adding a new cat to your pet family, we are happy to discuss the best ways to introduce your new friend into your household.
Financial Policy
Prior to any treatment, Dr. Weller will discuss with you a thorough medical or surgical plan. Upon request we will provide a complete estimation of the costs likely to be incurred with the recommended diagnostic tests and treatment.
We accept Visa, MC and Discover as well as check or cash payment. All charges for services performed are due at the time your cat is discharged from the hospital, and a deposit may be required for patients being hospitalized for treatment. We also offer financing through CareCredit for those who qualify. Please visit http://www.carecredit.com/vetmed/ for more information.
