Directions
Our facility is located near the southeast corner of Cleveland Ave and Schrock Rd. We are approximately 1 mile north of 270 and 1 mile south of St. Ann's Hospital. Although we are visible from Cleveland Ave, the entrance is only accessible from Lauffer Rd (1/2 mile east of the Cleveland Ave/Schrock Rd intersection). Lauffer Rd takes you behind Lee Plaza and directly to our hospital on the right.
